Location: Pasadena, CA 91107 (Onsite)
Pay: $22-$24/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (approx. 30 hrs/week until May/June)

Seeking an Administrative Assistant with strong Excel skills and accounting support experience to assist a small 3-person accounting team. This role provides essential invoice processing, data entry, and payment coordination during a maternity leave period.
